CubaPlay is an independent app that organizes publicly available Cuban YouTube channels. All videos are displayed using the official YouTube player.

We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google LLC, or any creators featured in the app.

2. Permitted Use

You may use CubaPlay to:

Browse public YouTube channels

Watch videos using the official YouTube player

Save channels as favorites

Explore categories and curated lists

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

Download, copy, or attempt to extract videos

Host, modify, or redistribute YouTube content

Scrape or reverse-engineer our systems

Misrepresent affiliation with creators or CubaPlay

Upload harmful content or attempt to hack the App

Use automated tools to access or collect data

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

All video content belongs to the original creators.

CubaPlay does not claim ownership over YouTube videos or metadata.

CubaPlay only displays public information provided by YouTube’s API.

Creators may request removal of their channel from our curated list at any time.

5. DMCA / Copyright Removal

If you believe your content appears on CubaPlay in a way that violates your rights, contact us:

Proof of ownership

We will respond and remove content as required.

6. No Responsibility for YouTube Content

CubaPlay:

Does not control video availability

Is not responsible for creator opinions

Cannot guarantee accuracy of metadata

Does not endorse any content shown

All videos are hosted and controlled by YouTube.

7. Advertising & Monetization

Ads appear only on non-video screens.

No ads appear on screens containing YouTube audiovisual content.

This ensures compliance with YouTube API policies.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Misuse

Abuse

Security concerns

Violation of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties.
We are not liable for:

Data loss

API outages

App errors

Third-party content

Device damage

Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the App is at your own risk.
