CubaPlay is owned and operated by BrainTech Systems, LLC (“we”, “our”, “the App”). We are an independent entertainment application that displays publicly available Cuban YouTube channels using the official YouTube Data API. CubaPlay does not host, download, or modify any YouTube videos. All video playback uses YouTube’s official player.
